War Horse Only Remembered with Michael Morpurgo and West-end star Ben Murray
Sunday 2nd July 2017. Gardens open from 5.00pm. Performance at 7.00pm.
Author, Michael Morpurgo is joined by acclaimed and former War Horse National Theatre songman, Ben Murray, who accompanies him with the rousing yet haunting songs specially composed by John Tams for the National Theatre’s award-winning production of War Horse.
Delicious home-made food available from 5 pm and drinks from our bar, a fabulous raffle with prizes including tickets to War Horse at the Theatre Royal in 2018. Pentillie Castle invites you to enjoy this fabulous recital in aid of Farms for City Children.

Adult: £30 for premium seats. £25 all other seating. Child (8-12 yrs) £15. Recommended for 8 years and above.
The weather: The performance will take place in a marquee so should be unaffected by weather conditions. It may still be wise to bring a good jumper as the marquee will not be heated.
